Because we are a virtual-first company, we can offer Coaching sessions via video conference to anyone, anywhere. For in-person treatments, you would be required to travel to one of the markets listed below.

Our headquarters are in the Bay Area, specifically Oakland, Calif. We also serve the Los Angeles, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Sacramento and surrounding areas. We have cultivated a vibrant, trusted community of Coaches, healing practitioners, and Guides.
INTERNATIONAL
We have partnerships with individual healers, alternative medicine practitioners, guides, and retreat leaders all over the world. Catbird Members have exclusive access to our trusted network in Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Peru, and beyond.
